Two movie rental CREDITS

Hi guys, it shows that I have two movie rental credits on my Apple ID and everyone says that the credit should automatically be applied if the rental is under $4.99. However, the movie I have been rented is $2.99 and it’s not applying itself.

What am I missing?

If you rented the film and were charged for it, contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
