Apple battery widget.

I just purchased a new IPad 7.9 and can’t locate the Apple battery widget in either installed or uninstalled lists in the widget page after swiping right. There are a number of other items but no battery status widget. I also have an iPhone 7 and have no trouble with displaying the battery widget. The iPad software version is 12.4. Thanks for the help in advance.

Reboot your iPad and see if that helps: Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time (keep holding past the swipe to power off) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go.
