While trying to pair my Apple Watch, I get a failure to pair message while trying to update the software. It's an endless circle. I need to pair, but can't pair because Apple Watch needs to update, but can't update as watch "fails to pair." Help.

Ok you need to take to the Apple Store you brought it from. They will have a record of the Watch they sold you. Also check your receipt for the serial number. Or the box it came in.
Not helpful at all. I cant use apple support because i am unable to access the serial number on the apple watch. The watch isbrand new and it wont pair. Ive tried 20 times.
