How do I post my EtroCheck report to the Community?

I ran EtreCheck and copied the report but there was no menu bar with “Additional Text” box in sight.

I saved it as a “Text Edit” file. How can I post it to the Community now?

Copy the content of that TextEdit document, click on the additional text button in the bottom toolbar of this editor, and paste your EtreCheck results there. What is the brief backstory that caused you to run EtreCheck?

You're report looks OK. Your biggest bottleneck is a very slow 5400 RPM hard drive.

It may be one of the configuration files that's causing the slowness when it happens.

To remove a configuration profile in macOS:

  1. From the Apple menu, select System Preferences....
  2. From the View menu in System Preferences, select Profiles. Note: ...
  3. Select the profile you want to remove, and then press the - (minus) button. Click Remove to remove the profile.

Also, Google Keystone is a resource hog and HP device monitor is unnecessary.
