I can no longer update MacBook Pro

Hi, I have OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 and I stopped installing updates because I didn't want it to affect my ability to use old installed software such as Photoshop CS3 and Quark XPress, as I had heard that these can stop working properly.

I have since changed my mind and went to install the next update up from OS X El Capitan 10.11.6, which is 10.12: Sierra and gradually work my way up to the most recent update which I believe is OS X 10.14: Mojave. I tried to install 10.12: Sierra but it says I need OS X El Capitan Version 10.12 but I can't seem to find the download for this anywhere?

Can anyone help me please with upgrading my MacBook up to the latest version of Mojave without messing my system up? 😊

Many thanks and I look forward to hearing from you, cheers!
