I have been charged for itunes eventhough I am not purchasing anything.

I have also checked in the subscription and purchased history. Does anybody has experienced this?

See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support

If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement

I don't think you were charged for iTunes but something bought using iTunes.

iTunes is free and comes with iOS. You are not charged for it.
