Slow MacBook Air
My MacBook has got very sluggish, I did a hardware check it was fine, I did a Etrecheck here is the report.

Please restart your Mac in "Safe Mode" and determine if it's just as sluggish while using it in that mode: Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac.
Then, restart your Mac normally and repeat your observations.
