If you have an Apple Music subscription, you can use it across all your devices when signed in with the same Apple ID you used for it, with iCloud music library turned on

follow these steps on your iPad:

in settings- iTunes App Store - your name - view Apple ID - sign in
Settings > Music - tap iCloud Music Library to turn it on
Turn on “Show Apple Music”
