I have two id’s for my Apple ID. I took one that I do not use for my e-mail and made it inactive. Problem is it is a ID on some of my apps. Do I delete the apps then re download with the correct ID?
please help, I can’t update certain apps.

To get the apps linked to a different account yes, delete them and buy and download them on that account.
