Whatever you do don’t download Adobe Flash from anywhere but Adobe’s website. Flash is probably the number one vector for malware and there are thousands of hacked Flash installers out there in the wild. Never respond to any notification that wants to update or install Flash other than Adobe itself. Stay safe.
