ACCOUNT HAS BEEN LOCKED???

First I needed to change my payment card for app store. I did that and was still locked out; tried another card and still locked out. Have I been hacked?

Why do you think you might have been hacked ?


If the account is locked : If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support


If it's disabled : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
