The MBA has WiFi built in. Whether or not you can get 'wireless Internet' in any particular place depends on the availability of WiFi and whether you have permission to use that network.

Of course, if you have an iPhone, and a plan that allows tethering from your carrier, you can tether the Mac to your phone and use your cellular connection to get on-line.

The Mac does not have cellular data capabilities built in.
