Phone call

Just received a phone call from Apple security stating that my phone was being hacked by Nigeria and Russia. Any possibility this is true?

The calls are not from Apple. The callers are criminals attempting to steal your personal and financial information. Hang up on them, tell your friends and family to hang up on them.
