Hi I don't know Can anyone help me I've gotten money taken out of my bank account and I didn't hit anything from iTunes who do I talk to?

If you've looked at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts you have linked to the card and not found it (and checked iCloud storage upgrades) : If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
