Apple Music trouble

I have paid my Apple Music however, the app always kicks me out and it does not let me listen to music on my phone.

I have the same iTunes / Apple music account in my computer and it works perfectly there. Any ideas why the Apple Music app is not working on my phone!?

Try this:

  1. Restart your iOS device. Now try again.
  2. Turn off iCloud Music Library and then turn it back on. Now try again.
  3. Sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in. Now try again.

I have done what is suggested, but it still does not work. Here are the three main issues with iTouch 6 iOS 12.4.2: The music app must be restarted three times before it actually allows me to initiate. Second, some of the music purchased now just show "vocal" in the iTouch, but on the computer there is no problem. Third, when putting on pause and returning to play, it shows a different artist. Then, once you have pressed played, it cannot play. Fourth, the battery does not charge fully, it only charges to 97% and drains quite fast. I don't know if it is an issue because so many versions of devices; i.e, iTouch 6 Gen, iPhone 7 Gen, iPad 3 Gen, computer still running old OS since it cannot be updated.
