Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books - Apple Support


If the above does not solve your issue, then you need to tell us a whole lot more about your particular experience. A few examples:

  • What machine is involved?
  • What operating system version name and number?
  • If a computer, what iTunes version number?
  • What exact steps have you tried?
  • What signs of success do you see?
  • What signs of failure?
  • What is the status of Apple ID - yours vs. that used to purchase the material?
  • Have there been country/region changes?
