Restore data

Hello

i have iphone x and my whatsaap full if chats. In one day i would like to test WhatsApp business so i installed it on same phone and it transferred all chats from normal whatsaap to bus whatsapp then i dont like buss whatsaap application so i returned back to me normal whatsaap application and i didn't find any history for my chats and groups noting that i was not make backup

how can i get all chats history back can i access the syatem filders in my phone to see the whatsaap folder mybe i can restor the chats back?

please i need to restore it very urgent
