On phone app, can't return to base phone screen... only options are in app options... Voicemail, Contacts, etc. How do I get to base screen for Speaker, Mute, etc? Tried cold reboot, but just back to Voicemail, Recents, etc. Couldn't find anything about this online. Thanx!

By base phone screen, do you mean the screen that appears when calling someone, with all your controls? To get to that from any app, tap the green indicator at the top of your phone, or find it in multitasking (it will always be the first app shown there)
Thought I could access the screen before active call (doing conf call with a service center, so needed to access Add Call and merge, but only after I got thru the prompts). Long time since conf calling! Thanx!
You won't see audio output options unless you're actively in a call.
Is this when you are in active call? If it is, when you are in the call, on the top left of the screen do you see a little elongated green bubble? If you do, tap it.
Thanks Tim; thought I recalled that I could access the functions before actually making the call. Don't Conference ("Add Call") very often, so it has been awhile. Thanx!
