Hello, how do I unlock my iPhone 7? I tried to unlock via at&t which is my service provider, but because my phone came from Apple it won’t let me unlock through them.

If you purchased a carrier locked phone through Apple, it still needs to be unlocked via your carrier.

However, phones sold directly through Apple usually are unlocked already; are you sure your phone is locked?

Ask your carrier - in this case AT&T.

There's no one good place to check whether your phone is locked or not.

Carrier locked?

Activation locked?

Password locked?

What happened when you tried to unlock it exactly?
