iPhone X swipe up bug after iOS 13 update

hi, everyone

im having same prob n i tired to reach out through email but still no positive response, my app switcher or we may call multi tasking screen is not responding though im using assistivetouch to use my phn and close opened apps. i restarted n reset my phn several times but not way out.

anyone can help me out with this.
