Hey, every time I move my Assentive touch, there is a gesture icon appears and wont go away. Could you fix it? Just updated to ios 13 this morning

Thanks for those additional details. It’s expected for the icon to remain on your display, even when watching movies in third-party apps. However, if it’s stuck in the middle of the screen and you’re unable to drag it to a new location, I have some ideas that may help.
First, try toggling AssistiveTouch off, then on again in Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch. Also, if you have a screen protector, I recommend removing it, restarting your iPhone, then checking for the issue again.
If the issue persists, try resetting all of your device settings back to the factory state. Keep in mind this will revert all settings that you've customized or changed (including things like your wallpaper and alarms). This means you may need to reconfigure some of those settings including network settings (so be sure you have your Wi-Fi password handy).
Before completing this step, back up your device. You can learn more about backing up your data and settings here: About backups for iOS devices. When you’re ready go to Settings > General > Reset and choose "Reset All Settings."

As it turns out, the icon will remain visible on the display; however, you can drag it to a new location. Here’s what you see on your display when you turn this feature on: Use AssistiveTouch on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Thanks for sharing those screenshots, and for giving a restart a try. From here, I recommend completing any remaining steps listed before, plus some new steps here.
Try toggling all AssistiveTouch features off/on, then resetting all settings. If the circle is still there after resetting your settings, restore your iPhone to factory settings with none of your personal data on your device to see if it’s still there. If the circle isn’t there after restoring as new, you can then restore from a backup:
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
As mentioned before, be sure your data is backed up to iTunes or iCloud before taking these steps to be sure your personal data is safely stored.

No, I understand that part. After updating ios 13, there’s gesture icon stuck in the middle of my screen and it’s bothering me while I’m watching movies.
