Startup issue and MAC power off automatically and cannot turn on

After I charged MacBook Air 13 about one hour, I closed MAC in sleep conditions, after 30 minutes, I turn on the MAC and open a software and MAC suddenly turn off. After that, I tried to turn on and MAC desktop screen showed my MAC had a problem and then it turn off again. MAC down on 5th SEP 2019 to 21st SEP 2019, I tried to turn on everyday during the period and MAC cannot turn on. ON 22 SEP 2019, I tried to turn on and MAC turn on, i tried to open every software and let it running and it looks like working normally without issues but during charging, battery feel hot than normal as before it got problem. What is the causes of the problem? Do you think it may related to motherboard/hardware issue? Appreciate if someone can advise this matter, TQ

Resetting SMC could solve the problem, though if it doesn't work, try to run Apple Diagnostic if it reports something.
