Hi,
IOS ugreaded 2 days ago and can see very high drop of battery performance eg. witrhin 1 hour the battery power goes down for 12% without using Iphone.
LAst 2 nights Iphone has been totaly drained during the night.
Does anybody have similar issue, how to solve it if possible?

I have exactly the same problem. Charged overnight and I only used the phone not more than two minutes and I get a black screen. Can’t turn it back on unless I plug it into power. Once it is back on, the battery life indicator shows 100%. I never had an issue with battery life until the iOS 13 upgrade. Strange.
I went to the Apple store and was told to reset the iPhone 8 or buy a new iPhone. I had the iPhone for a little over a year and it’s no longer under warranty with no Apple care too.

Ì leave mine in the charger at night, it's a myth that this is bad for the battery
I do the same sometime, but the problem is that after full charging it loose the powert within few hours right now:-(
so its necessary to charge few times a day
