The 2nd generation iPad Air 2 and the iPad Air 3rd gen (2019).

Original iPad Air does not support iOS 13. iPad Air 2 and 3 both feature Touch ID. If your iPad Air doesn't have Touch ID, you have the original iPad Air and you cannot upgrade.
