Bring your item to an Apple Store

You can always return the item to any U.S. Apple Store. An Apple Specialist will assist you with your return. Your refund will be processed at that time. To locate an Apple Store in your area, please refer to the Apple Retail Store Locator.

Contact the store where you got it and request that they send you a copy.

Nothing you can do with that device outside of the country you purchased it.

You would have to take the device back to America to get a refund.

Call the store and ask for a copy to be emailed to you.

Note that it may take them several days to find your receipt as they will have to find it in their computer system.
