keychain passwords in safari gone

After updating to 10.14.6 my keychain lost most website passwords. Other passwords were retained: emails, routers, devices etc but saved passwords for websites in Safari (13.01) are empty and gone. This is only on my home desktop. Work desktop is fine after update.

Also Safari keychain will not let me add or save passwords.

Ugh! The update to Catalina on my iPhone XR and work desktop (iMac 4K) has deleted my Safari web keychain. My system keychains on all my devices is fine but the Safari passwords are gone on the devices updated to Catalina. My home iMac has NOT been updated to Catalina and I have no intentions of updating it since it is the only device that still has all my Safari passwords. I have read all the links that were posted earlier but I am reluctant to reset keychains since all my devices are NOT on Catalina. Not having safari passwords on my work iMac is a big problem. Is there any way I can fix this problem.
