When an Apple ID account is created it needs the mail address essential with a password see the article https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/mac-help/mh35903/10.14/mac/10.14
It consists of an email address (for example, emilyparker@icloud.com) and a password.
So without password its impossible to delete the account https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT208504
