Apps appear smaller on home screen

I updated last might to the latest iOS 13.1.2 and when I turned it on the apps on my home screen were 3/4 the size they were before the update. What covered on screen now took uo 3/4 of the screen and were smaller. How do I restore them to full size?

Thanks for posting your question in the Apple Support Communities.

Try the following:

Open the Settings App
Open Display & Brightness
Scroll to the bottom and tap on "View" under Display Zoom
Switch Display Zoom to Zoomed then press Set in the upper right
