I cannot see my icloud pictures on my mac

Here's my setup:

iPhone X ( iOS 13)

Macbook 12 ( macOS Catalina)

iPad Pro and iPad 5 (iPadOS)

iMAC 27 mid 2011 ( macOS HighSierra 10.13.6)

with an iCloud account & iCloud photo library ON on all the devices . Using the same iCloud profile on all my devices .

I have an issue with Photos : all my photo libraries are up to date on all my devices EXCEPT on my iMAC : the library is not longer updated ( it used to work by the last time was back in February) . I tried to turn Photo Stream Off, ON, etc... no results . What should I do to get my iCloud pictures sync'ed on my iMAC?

Thks - Alex

Try going to System Preferences/iCloud and stop Photos syncing by unchecking the box. Wait a couple of minutes, then check syncing. Allow time for the sync to complete.

Last resort  - have you tried signing out of iCloud and then sign back in?
