Favourites on Safari

With this new IOS13 update, how do I add a webpage to a favourites on my safari home page? All I can do is view my favourites through the bookmark symbol and edit/delete current ones but cannot add new ones.

From another reply below - Tap the share icon (the square with an up arrow) then scroll up and you will see Add Bookmark.
