Lost iphone6plus

My iphone got lost, can i remotely turn on the icloud access for the pictures and documents on it?

No, but if you had iCloud Photos or other iCloud syncing options turned on before it was lost you can use any computer internet browser and log into icloud.com and access the synced data there.


Also, if you had iCloud Backup turned on before it was lost you can use the backup to set up a replacement device: Restore or set up your device from an iCloud backup - Apple Support
