I am being charged multiple times per month for itunes yet it doesn't reflect in my account.How can i contact apple to investigate

iTunes Support will only help with your iTunes accounts, if you can't find the charges on any account you've got linked to the card : If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
