mac os catalina and adobe photoshop

After upgraded Mac OS Catalina, Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 in my computer is not working properly anymore. I uninstalled it. After that I install Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 and I can't. Why is this happened? Please advise!

You need to use 64-bit versions of applications with macOS Catalina. macOS Catalina does not support 32-bit apps anymore.

Verify with Adobe what version(s) of their products are 64-bit and compatible with macOS Catalina.
