I purchased an iphone xr red colour. I didn’t know it was having icloud locked. The guy fooled me. I after lost of research i found the primary user. I mean first user. I told him each and everything. Im asking him to remove your acc. But he’s saying I’ll contact apple first.
you will need to contact the previous owner to have them log out of iCloud or go to iCloud.com/Find My Phone and erase the device, then remove it from their account. If you can’t do that, the device is useless. Apple won't help.

I need help. I updated my phone. Its stuck almost in 80% i cant do anything with this cellphone no reboot , no reset nothing. Just a apple logo and 80% download bar. Kindly resolve this matter. I connect my phone through itune restore. Nothing happen.
