How do i rearrange icons in Safari favorites. Tap and hold works on the home page but no longer works within Favorites.

Nothing in Bookmark edit tells me how to reaarange icons. What am I missing. Again no problem within home page just within favorites

In Safari open Bookmarks > Tap Edit.
OK I was able to move on list within bookmarks but it would be great if I could rearrange on the favorite page which displays all icons in one view
