Activation Lock on 2nd hand watch

Is there a way to bypass an iCloud activation lock on a Apple Watch 3 ? I bought it offline but didn’t realize i needed the previous owners iCloud information. The man I bought it from deleted his selling account :(

I'm afraid the only way to remove the activation lock is with the apple id that was used to set the watch up with,so if you can't contact the person you bought it off then I'm afraid there is nothing you can do.
