macOS Catalina installation hang on 100%

We have new MacBook Pro´s T2 (Out of the box) with pre-installed macOS 10.14.

We tried to install macOS 10.15 from the Recovery Mode with an external disk.

For the deployment i use startosinstall:

/Volumes/image/Install\ macOS\ Catalina.app/Contents/Resources/startosinstall --agreetolicense --volume /Volumes/Macintosh\ HD/ --installpackage mycustom.pkg 

This works fine and very fast but sometime the installation hang on 100% and does not continue.

• NVRAM/SMC Reset does not fix the problem
• A second installation also not work

Anyone of you had this issue with MacBooks (not related to the model) ?
