Hello,

Apple does not replace batteries in iPads. If your battery was replaced by a service center then you used an unauthorized service center which voids any support you would receive from us or from Apple. Apple will no longer touch your iPad. You will need to follow up with the service center.

The website says they do replace batteries I’ve made an appointment. If your warranty is off you can take it to whomever you choose. Authorized dealers mail to Apple. Thank you however it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to determine if a battery is bad or not... google research to see if anyone else has had an issue... Thank you
