iCloud and restore

If i delet my backups from iCloud and delet all data on my iPhone how can i restore it ?

If you deleted your iCloud back ups and that was the only way you backed up your phone, you won't be able to restore any data other that what gets synced from your iCloud account (e.g. Contacts, Messages, Calendar, etc.).
