Can't download a big size video (4k) from iPhone

Hello,

I made a video (about 8 mins) in 4k format (the best quality), however, while trying to download it from iPhone X after connecting it to my PC it doesn't see it (folder: DCIM/113Apple). If I transfer it in iPhone to Files, this video has less size (less quality). What should I do to download this video from my iPhone in an ofiginal quality? (how my PC can see it? It sees video files with less size (not more that 4 Gb), but if a size is bigger, no).
