Keynote for iOS - Can't Open Presentation

No matter what location I use, an existing or creating a new one, I get basically the same message for every file. Tried deleting and reinstalling Keynote, to no avail.

More from the iWork team:

Hello. Thanks so much. We appreciate your help and wanted to let you know we are aware of the file cannot open issue and continue to investigate.

In the meantime, you may be able to resolve the issue temporarily by rebooting your device.

If this does not help, please provide the following information:

  • Does an error message appear when a file cannot be opened?
  • Where are the documents stored? For example: iCloud Drive, On My Device, or a third party storage provider such as Box, Dropbox, etc?
  • Could you send us a screenshot or short video that demonstrates the issue?
  • Would you be able to send us a system diagnostics report for our engineers to examine?  Below you’ll find instructions for pulling the report.
    • To help us identify the incident in the logs, please note the date and time (including time zone) that the issue occurred.

    2. Wait 15 mins for the logs to gather.
