It seems there is a bug in MacOS Catalina. I'm the only user in my MacBook (and the administrator). Trying to delete some files, but this machine tells me that I don't have permission to delete the files. These are not system files!
I wonder if I don't have control over my computer, the who does? How to delete files?

First, where are the files located, applications folder, documents folder, music folder etc?
You can take a look at the article, how to change permissions to change the permissions for the folder or files on your Mac that you are trying to delete.

I have the same problem, and I've posted about it here: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250913183?answerId=251732677022&page=1 (no solution yet)
In my case, the file is in my home folder, and was put there by OneDrive.
The operation can’t be completed because you don’t have permission to access some of the items.
