Contact Apple Support.
No one here can know why your iTunes Account has become disabled. But, contact Apple Support. They'll know what's going on and why. Often, an iTunes Account becomes disabled due to suspicious activity (i.e. constant logins, consistent purchases, and unidentified IP addresses from VPN connections).
