I have a MacBook Air os Catalina And shortly after I updated my Mac, my Mac logs out a few seconds after I log in and this repeats many times. When I restart my Mac, the problem gets fixed for a while but then starts happening after a few minutes. What do I do? Thx

Hello sorry to bother you again but I just realised the problem still occurs, after I use my laptop for more than an hour. The screen turns a different colour (it goes very bright) right before taking me to the login page. Restarting on safe mode seems to help, any ideas what I should do? Thanks
