Your iPad is too old and has incapable hardware, you cannot update it any further, meaning that you cannot download or update apps that require iOS 11, 12 or the latest version of iOS, 13.


Best option is to buy a new iPad that supports iOS 13 for maximum compatibility. (https://www.apple.com/ipad)


If your iPad currently runs iOS 10.3.3, you have the 4th generation iPad from 2012, so your device clearly isn't the latest model.
