I bought by iPhone 11 in the US and is currently travelling in the Caribbean. I am seeing the Apple Tv app, getting notifications to get the 1 year free, but every time i try to activate it, nothing happens.
For Example, whenever i click the "Enjoy 1 year Free" button, the screen comes up with "Your nre iphone includes 1 year of apple tv+". When i clock "Continue". It just goes back to the previous screen.
