Itunes Media Services

I have been suffering with high cellular data usage. The iTunes Media services has consumed 6,5GB cellular data in only 1 night while in my home with a wifi network available.

This happened on my new XR device, this device has the same settings as my previous 6S, which never consumed this kind of data. To my opinion are all settings related to cellular data consumption set to avoid situations like this

What can i do to prevent this from happening again, and how to check if all settings are set correctly?
