Command Key and Zero Key does not work - Mac
Afternoon. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. The Zero Key and the Command Key is not working. I tried more than One keyboard but it is the same on this one computer. Thanks.
Please reset the SMC 2-3 times back to back with no external peripherals connected and then retest. If this does not fix the problem, try with a USB keyboard (any will work) and see if the problem re-occurs. If it does not, that may mean a broken keyboard.
