What causes the Iphone to freeze? especially the Iphone 11 pro - it freezes all the time. How to resolve especially if the phone won't respond to anything?

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today. It sounds like your iPhone 11 Pro is freezing.
You can perform a force restart to get out of the frozen state when it happens.

If it's happening inside of an app, try these steps: If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open.

I have tried the press vol up and pressing vol down then side buttom and does nothing. what else can I do to fix it. it is not responding to anything I do.
My iphone 11 pro freezes at least once a day. It is not easy to get it to restart even using the sequence recommended. What causes this? I also had this with my iPhone 10.
