After every night, all my documents on iCloud cannot be opened. It only happens with Mac (iOS and web works fine). I need to restart the computer every morning to make it work again.
Any thoughts?

If you are putting the computer to sleep at night, try going to System Preferences/Energy Saver and set Sleep to never. Then set Display sleep to your desired time. Then check the box Prevent computer from sleeping automatically when the display is off. See if that works.
I have exactly the same problem. Access permissions on folders are ok. I can copy a file from the iCloud drive into my documents folder , edit there and move it back to the iCloud drive. So it looks like it has something to do with files/folders permissions for applications using the iCloud drive. Could not find a way to add the numbers app to the "Files and Folder" option under security and privacy, just to test if that would help solving the problem. Im using Catalina version of macOS too , all patch versions applied.
There's no such option. Take a look (it's in portuguese, but I think you'll be able to check).
I see no option to prevent sleep of the Macbook, only for the monitor. But I'll test disabling Power Nap.
Do you have a Prevent computer from sleeping automatically when the display is off option you can check?

Are the documents created with pages and dimmed , do you use any anti virus / softwares / unknown apps ?
I disabled Powernap and now everything works fine.
